Betty - Tuesdays at 6:15p: This Pilates-based conditioning class with an emphasis on the core will help you build strength, fluidity of movement, and improve your mobility for dance. Please bring a yoga mat and a hand towel, prepare to be barefoot and to sweat! TUESDAY IS SOLD OUT. DROP-IN’S STILL WELCOME.

Lauren - Wednesdays at 6:15p: Lengthen and strengthen your body with this Pilates/yoga/floor barre inspired class! Perfect for those looking to improve posture, placement, alignment, balance, flexibility, range of motion, and overall dance technique. Please bring a yoga mat!

Summer 2018 Session runs June 18th-August 31st, 2018 (10 weeks, no class the week of July 4th).
